Super-strong glue-in bolt
Winner of Rock and Ice Magazine's Best In Gear Award for 2014, the Wave Glue-In Bolt from ClimbTech is a durable, corrosion-resistant solution for bolting routes. It fits into old 1/2" holes for retro-bolting, and offers tremendous shear and tensile resistance. It combines the strength of glue-ins with the convenience of pitons. In vertical placements the Wave Bolt will not slide out of the hole – like other glue-in bolts do – prior to the glue hardening.
ClimbTech recommends using their Wave Bolt Installation Tool (sold separately) for maximum bolt longevity and ease of use.
