Precooked long grain white rice, sauce (non-GMO pure cane sugar, coconut milk powder (coconut milk and 2.5% non-GMO tapioca derived from yuca root, 0.5% acacia fiber), mango powder (mango, corn starch, sun flower lecithin), turmeric, arrowroot powder, sesame seed, non-GMO fructose), freeze-dried mango, shredded coconut (coconut, sodium metabisulfite)
Directions: Remove and discard enclosed oxygen absorber before beginning food preparation. Add 1-1/2 cups (360 mL) of boiling water. Stir well. Seal and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Stir and serve. Rehydration time doubles every 5,000 feet of elevation gain. These directions are set for 5,000 feet. Best By Date on packaging is 3 years from manufacturing date.
