The Dry Ice Kronos is as strong as it is beautiful. A technical ice tool with a handle made of wood laminate, the Kronos can take on any kind of mixed and ice climbing. The Kronos uses non-impregnated, densified beech wood laminate developed especially for a wide range of industrial applications. This produces a dense, stable, high-strength laminated material with excellent wear resistance and vibration dampening. These handles have half the strength of steel at only one fifth of the weight. The pick steel extends into the shaft of the tool, adding strength and providing excellent energy transfer. Sold individually.
