This bivy is ideal for alpine pursuits, extreme weather, or any time you want to skip the weight and bulk of a tent.

The tapered shape of the Alpine AscentShell Bivy works best with tapered-shape sleeping pads with narrower dimensions at the foot, ideally 22 inches or narrower.
