Questions & Answers
Is this the right mat for me? I figure a regular rectangular?
please advise and let me know your thoughts. I really want to be comfortable.
Thanks for the question. It's difficult to determine whether or not a sleeping pad is "right" for a person based on height and weight. Lightweight sleeping pads offer more comfort from warmth than they do from a plush sleeping surface. If you sleep on your back and don't move around much, then the Sea To Summit Comfort Light Insulated Mat would help keep you comfortably warm if you have an appropriate sleeping bag. If you sleep on your side though, you might want a thicker pad so your shoulder/hip doesn't hit the ground. I recommend finding a local retailer that carries several different sleeping pads and laying on as many as you can before making a purchase.
