Patagonia's most versatile, insulated hard shell, this 2-layer jacket is built with the best in waterproof/breathable construction, tough polyester GORE-TEX® fabric and compressible, stay-warm-when-wet Thermogreen® insulation for riding in frigid conditions.
Though separated by thousands of miles, Jay Peak and Whistler share a common trait – an endless array of restless weather. Dialed for the full ride, our versatile Insulated Powder Bowl resists the complete spectrum of atmospherics, so you can stay focused on the descent, regardless of conditions. The 2-layer, waterproof/breathable shell is made with GORE-TEX® technology and features an ultra-durable 100% polyester GORE-TEX® fabric. Treated with a DWR (durable water repellent) finish to slough snow, it has a separate 100% polyester lining for additional durability and moisture control. Compressible Thermogreen® insulation stays warm when wet and provides lightweight, efficient warmth on the coldest days. The removable, two-way-adjustable, helmet-compatible hood has a laminated visor for optimal visibility in bad conditions. Finer points include a fully featured powder skirt (with webbing loops that attach to any Patagonia® snow pants), pit zips, watertight, coated Slim Zip zippers, and Touch Point System™ embedded cord locks in the hood and hem. - Specifications
