The original do-it-all gaiter of mountaineers, backcountry skiers, and off-trail adventurers, Crocodile® are designed to handle anything. Durable Taslan Gore-Tex® leg sections resist Devil’s Club and keep snow out. The 1000D Cordura® boot section, lined with coated 8 oz. packcloth, stands up to ski edges, crampon snags, and general boot wear. The water-resistant coating on the packcloth is sewn to face the Cordura® layer, protecting the coating from boot abrasion. The hook and loop front closure is sewn with sturdy double-needle stitching. A shear tab prevents the front closure from separating at the bottom. The urethane coated nylon instep strap can be replaced on the trail without tools.

Value Quality Price I've had these for a few months now and used them in some pretty snotty conditions. Rain, snow blowing sideways, deep and slushy snow, skiing, snowshoeing, climbing and search and rescue missions. They consistenly exceed my expectations. My legs and feet are always warm and dry no matter which boots i use them with. I did alot of research before buying them and wanted to make sure I was getting the most for my money. I decided on these based on great reviews from other sites and the guarantees. Both OR and Goretex back them up with lifetime guaratees. Definately worth the investment.
