- Thank you for the question. Yes, the Aquastow does attach to your pack's shoulder straps. It can attach to just one shoulder strap, or to minimize bouncing it can connect to both shoulder straps. As you mention, it can of course be used by itself over your shoulder or around your waist. Thanks!
