Price Value Quality Purchased the Arete for a lightweight alternative for a summer sleeping bag. I've been very impressed with how little space it takes up, and comfortable it is to sleep in. The Arete offers enough room for a bigger guy (like myself) to not be squeezed, and more importantly I can move around rather well in my sleep. The size and temp rating also makes it great for travel (trips to beach or cabin) when sleeping indoors.
I wish the Arete came in a different color; however, the red is not bad (just doesn't match my gear), and the drawcord can get a little annoying at times...
All in all the Arete is a good buy and I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5(Posted on 7/29/11)
