Gregory designed the new Professional Series packs with input from these users, starting with our state-of-the-art Active Suspension System: light, strong 3/4” wide 7075-T6 aluminum stays provide the load support. Gregory completely redesigned our framesheet around a partially recycled HDPE called FOAM-X. Gregory added torsional flex cut-outs that provide an incredible amount of side-to-side flexibility, without compromising the frame’s vertical support. Next, Gregory added their revolutionary Auto•Cant^TM and Adjust•A•Cant^TM systems to dial in the fit. And finally, Gregory built a new Flo•Form^® II backpanel using the latest foam molding technology that blends ergonomic support and comfort with ventilation and durability.

Other technical features include our Mirage^® Hydro•Cell, a tough, waterproof Shelter-Rite^® bottom, ski tail stabilizers, large mesh side pockets with a pass-through feature, “V” pull compression straps, and rugged 500 denier Cordura^® nylon.
