Price Value Quality Since getting the Shaman, I've used it for slabby, vertical, and steep sport climbing (granite + limestone) and bouldering (sandstone + granite), as well as indoor roped climbing and bouldering. It performs incredibly well all across its surface: toe-hooking, heel-hooking, edging, smearing, etc... all while fitting well and feeling comfortable. The excellent design has eliminated all holes and gaps in the foot, and it fits securely along the arch, heel, etc... Even the heel fits well. The shoe's design naturally drives the power of the foot forward.
