Climbing Equipment Return Policy

For liability reasons and your personal safety, we cannot accept returns on any climbing hardware or ropes at any time (excluding warranty situations or shipping errors). Backcountry Gear Ltd. will only accept returns on harnesses if tried on but never used. If you tie in, it's yours.

You are personally responsible for learning the proper techniques and good judgment necessary for proper use of all climbing gear. The product information contained on Backcountrygear.com is not a substitute for qualified personal instruction. Learn the proper use of the equipment and understand its limitations. Inspect all equipment before each use and destroy any gear that is damaged, worn, or does not pass thorough and frequent inspection.
