Petzl's Spirit is particularly light and strong. It can be clipped easily into webbing slings or any other anchor point (its slim nose will clip into chain links that stop most other 'biners). Constructed in forged Zicral, it has a strength of 10 kN with the gate open, making it one of the strongest in its class. Long appreciated by rock climbers for its lightness, the same is now true in the professional environment.
