Each of Omega's quickdraws use high performance, nylon dogbone slings for ease of use and high strength (each is rated to 22kN). Six inches in length and secured with the Omega-series bartacks, they're ready for heavy use. They orient their carabiners on all their standard quickdraws with the gates facing opposite each other. This is the safest method to minimize the possibility of loading your carabiners in a gate-open position.
