This lightweight crampon is geared toward mountaineers, skiers and hikers who occasionally engage in technical climbing. This season the Contact Strap has been enhanced for better walking performance. Primary points have been repositioned for optimal performance and better underfoot traction. Compact and easy to use, the Contact Strap uses a new one-size-fits-all design. A dual-density toe strap offers better fit and flexibility and is designed for use with boots that don’t have toe welts. It is optimized for trekking-style boots yet works as well with trail running shoes or snowboard boots. The Contact Strap is a versatile all-around performer.
