Western Mountaineering has carefully selected the lightest fabrics, zippers, and materials to make the Flight Jacket. If you are looking for a lightweight, compact, & highly insulative layer, then look no further. This is the lightest down jacket available, and it is made Canada. The shell fabric is a tightly woven 0.9 oz per sq yard! The total jacket weight is 10.5 oz. Because this is a lightweight fabric we recommend you use care in areas where you can snag the jacket. Use of a shell is recommended when bushwacking.
