The Suunto Observer combines durable materials and technical functions in a compact and stylish package. The Observer gives you information on altitude and speed of ascent/descent, barometric pressure and weather trends, as well as a compass bearing. The Observer features the professional measuring principle of alti/baro readings: when altitude is being measured, sea level barometric pressure is fixed and vice versa. This makes it easier to assess weather trends and allow more accurate readings. The logbook records total vertical ascent and descent and number of hills, for instance runs skied, for 99 outings. You can preview cumulative values at any time with one press of a button. |
