The Denali Ascent takes MSR's modular snowshoe design with detachable flotation tails and parallel traction bars, and builds in even more performance. The result is a lightweight, technically superior snowshoe that has incredible performance on ice and snow-covered landscapes. The 3/8" talon-like steel Saber™ teeth* provide extra grip on hard-packed snow or freezing terrain. For steep ascents, flip up the Televators, which pop up to support your heel, thereby reducing calf fatigue. The Ascent's stand-up binding makes it easy to enter and exit.
