The smaller pot holds 570 ml (19.23 fl. oz.) and weighs 2.4 oz. The Larger pot holds 720 ml (24.29 fl. oz.) and weighs 2.7 oz. The total weight with the carrying case is 7.7 oz. The smaller pot is also big enough to carry a small canister of fuel inside.
