- Is this a right or left zip bivy?
- Thanks for the question. This bivy has no zipper for the sake of minimalism and pack-ability. It can be cumbersome to get in and out of, but it's really designed as a mountaineering and emergency shelter, or for rain insurance if you're camping with no tent.

The lightest bivy in Integral Design's line suited for the go lighter, summit bid or emergency shelter. The overlapping hood with draw cord offer efficient protection from the elements even with no zippers or bugnet. The top fabric is a 3 layer ripstop eVENT providing maximum breathability, and the floor fabric is a 70 denier coated nylon adding additional durability.
