- It says under specifications 40 treatments per charge, does this charge by USB?
- Thank you for the question. This model uses four AA Lithium Batteries to operate, and it is unfortunately not rechargeable by USB. The four lithium batteries can supply up to two hundred .5 Liter treatments. Rechargeable batteries will supply forty .5 Liter treatments.
The SteriPen "Freedom" model has an integrated battery that is rechargeable by any USB power source (computer, AC outlet or solar panel). I've included a link to it below. Thanks!
