  • I have an old generation hiker stove in need of a washer (O ring) for the
    fuel tank filler cap. The rubber seal in the cap is dated and needs replacing.
    I am attempting to continue to use this stove, however, when it gains pressure,
    it leaks out the fuel cap and the venting hole in the fuel cap, and I have
    a torch on my hands. Any repair thoughts, or should I just replace it?

  • Thank you for the question. It sounds like the Extensive Stove Repair Kit is all you need to get your stove back into working order. I suggest replacing all o-rings at the same time even if they haven't yet failed. Thanks!
