First off, Backcountry Gear took care of business in getting this bag to ASAP. It arrived right on time be for a Emigrant wilderness 50 mile 5 day trip. This replace my summer weight NF bag.
The bag stuffs nicely into it small sack, with room for an additional inflatable pillow. I purchase the Xl as I am a side sleeper and enjoy the extra room. Taking it out of the stuff sack and just laying the bag out it fluffed out nicely. It took a day or two for me to get the hang of the 3/4 length zipper. But after a few days it was not an issue. Staying warm throughout the nights at 9000' in July was not a problem. I almost wished for cooler nights to find the bags limits with me. But, no cold spots could be found. The down stay fluffed throughout the trip in it baffles.
If you are looking for a light weight 3 season bag, place this one on the list to look over and try.
