Product Reviews

Great pack for Alpine climbs.
Picked this up recently to upgrade an overlooked but critical component of my hiking/climbing gear. First impression was that this was a solidly built pack with some trick little features. I used it for the first time on a training hike, loaded it up with about 30lbs, hiked over 12 miles round trip with around a 2000' vertical gain. Still some snow and tons of blow down trees, so had to do some off trail and crawling over or under logs. The pack moves with you in such a fluid manner compared to other packs I've owned. The ergoActiv hip belt and Swing Arm shoulder straps make this pack carry like it was part of you. I've recently used this for some alpine courses on Mt. Hood, and it will soon be doing a few Oregon Cascades climbs. The crampon patch and Pick Pocket are great features for carrying. Review by MyMountainsOregon
