Big Agnes - Cabin Creek 15 (Fall 2016)
The Cabin Creek uses a full pad sleeve design: the bottom of the bag is non-insulated to save space and weight. It requires two 20-inch wide pads underneath for comfy, warm insulation.
What's in a name?
Cabin Creek, CO was named for the fishing cabin belonging to Logan Crawford that hugs its bank. The cabin is in rough shape, but makes for a great backdrop for hikers looking for an interesting spot to make camp.

- Excellent Bag for Two
My partner and I use this bag along with the Hinman double wide (50") sleeping pad to complete the Big Agnes sleeping bag system.
We are so much more comfortable than when we used to use the sleeping bags with insulation on the bottom that would just end up in cold air pockets when rolling around in the bag. And since we always carry sleeping pads to keep our backs comfortable, it's nice to shave off a little weight by removing unnecessary materials on weekend backpacking trips.
- Big enough for two - but too cold.
- These bags are large enough for two but there is no insulation on the bottom side. This design relies on the sleeping pad for warmth under you - the end result was being to cold on a 40 degree (F) night. I do not recommend these.
